We collect name, email, phone number and travel details when you submit a booking or contact form. This data is necessary to fulfill the transfer service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data processing.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for the website to function. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Google Maps is loaded with lazy-loading on the contacts page.
Data sharing
Your data is shared only with our drivers to fulfill the transfer. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Booking data is retained for the duration required by German tax law (10 years for invoices). Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing and port your data. Contact us at info@berlinvans.com to exercise these rights.
