How is the fixed price confirmed?
The price is calculated based on your route, vehicle class and passenger count. Once confirmed at booking, it stays fixed — no surcharges for traffic, waiting or luggage.
Can you meet us at BER airport?
Yes. Your driver tracks your flight and waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign. If your plane lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, for all age groups from newborn to 36 kg — at no extra charge. Let us know the ages when you book and the right seats will be installed before your ride.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the ride. Need to change the time or pickup address? Just write to us — we are flexible as long as we know in advance.
How do I pay?
You pay by card online when you book, and you get a confirmation by email straight away.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Our minivans seat up to 7 passengers with luggage. Tell us the group size and number of bags when you book and we send the right vehicle.
Do you drive to other cities?
Yes. We drive from Berlin to Hamburg, Munich, Dresden and other cities. Intercity trips are priced per kilometre and fixed before you book.
