For twenty years we have been driving people across Berlin. In that time the city has changed, the airport moved from Tegel to BER, and booking a ride moved online. The job, though, has stayed the same: get you where you need to be, on time, in a clean and comfortable minivan, for a price agreed before you set off.
Berlin Vans runs its own fleet of minivans. Most transfer services skip that part, and it is the part that matters most. Because the vehicles are ours, we know their condition, we keep them clean, and we can promise that the van you booked is the van that arrives. Nothing is handed to a random third-party driver at the last minute.
Most of our work falls into a few situations. A family lands at BER late at night and would rather not wrestle luggage onto a train. A company needs guests met and delivered to a meeting without anyone watching the clock. A group heading to a wedding, an event or another city would rather travel together than split across three taxis. We plan each of these the same careful way: route, time, passengers and luggage are confirmed in advance, so nothing has to be improvised once you are on board.
Booking is meant to be simple. You tell us where you are going and when; we confirm the price, the vehicle and the pickup details before you pay. At the airport your driver follows the flight and waits at arrivals with a name sign, so a delay on your side does not become a problem on ours. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no surcharges added for traffic, waiting or bags.
